SAC 2023 AGM – In person and Virtual - March 25

After three years we finally have the opportunity to meet in person. We have decided to hold our SAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) in an appropriate venue: the Canada Aviation and Space Museum. The actual AGM will take place from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. In the afternoon there will be a few lectures and we are trying to arrange a special tour of the reserve hangar. You will be given free admission to the Museum. The museum opens at 9:00 AM. SAC AGM participants are also entitled to free parking. We will send you your parking permit by email. The only thing you will need to pay is for the lunch ($25).  The Alt Hotel in downtown Ottawa will offer a preferential rate of $194. Note that you can change the reservation dates to suit your needs.

So, please indicate your intentions by filling out the SAC AGM Attendance Form. We need to determine the required number of lunches and parking passes.

This is the link to the virtual SAC AGM: https://sac-agm.in.howspace.com/

When you arrive at the parking lot, please do not buy parking at the machine. Instead come to the museum and George will give you a parking pass and your entrance pass to the museum.
